    Research lead in a user experience study for McNeil Healthcare. Prepared and conducted a usability study, remote market research and collaborated on the analysis of qualitative data to evaluate current interactive products and identify future opportunities.

    Project-based internship for a small consulting firm specializing in usability and heuristic analysis for government, healthcare, and nonprofits. Conducted expert reviews, worked on a design team iterating wireframes and data visualization, and assisted in data collection and analysis for qualitative user research.

    Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation, Baltimore, MD
    Program Assistant, Individual Artist Fellowships, February 2005 – January 2007
    Managed four states’ individual artists’ fellowship programs according to the contractual agreements with those arts agencies. Duties included recruiting 85 professional artists to serve as panel jurors each Fall, administering thirty meetings per year, maintaining the applicant and juror database, producing program reports and guidelines for clients, and supervising a team of interns in processing approximately 2000 applications each Fall. In the phasing from a paper to electronic application and panel process, served as a project manager and liaison between the state agency staff and the developers while advocating on behalf of the artists intended to use the applications.

    Administrative Assistant to Programs, September 2003 – February 2005
    Reported to three senior program officers in the administration of five grant programs. Duties included distributing guidelines, application forms and responding to applicant queries, managing application materials and juror arrangement for panel meetings, processing applications on schedule, ensuring completeness and producing reports and juror materials with the data. Promoted to run Individual Artist Fellowship programs.
